Read on to find out all about it!
How was iO4 created?
iO4 is much more than just a human resources consulting company. It’s the fruit of an exceptional synergy between three well-established corporations: Diogène, e-Potentiel and BrissonLegris. These entities had already been working together for a decade, sharing a common vision: the importance of putting human capital at the heart of any successful organization. Over time, the decision to merge came naturally in order to consolidate our respective strengths and form a single company dedicated to maximizing and developing human potential within organizations.
The name “iO4” embodies organizational intelligence, a fundamental concept in the field of human resources. This intelligence is deployed through four main pillars, namely the services we offer: potential and skills assessment, skills development, management team building and strategic succession planning. Each of these services is backed by over 30 years of expertise and is based on a framework of 49 different competencies. All of this is based on 7 types of intelligence, which serve as the foundation for all assessments carried out by iO4.
“Our commitment, rigor and ethics are part of our values and have greatly contributed to our reputation.”
What is the mission behind iO4?
iO4 ‘s mission is clear: to support organizations in identifying and revealing the full potential of their talent, in order to develop the skills, they need for growth and sustainability. Even before the merger of the three companies, we had developed solid business partnerships with all our customers. Our commitment, rigor and ethics are part of our values and have greatly contributed to our reputation.
What needs or gaps in the current human resources market is this new company seeking to fill?
In a market where labor shortages have become a persistent reality, organizations need to rethink their retention strategies. Traditional HR consulting firms often offer high-level strategic support, but iO⁴ goes one step further. With a dedicated team of experts on hand, iO⁴ is committed to digging deeper into every step of the processes undertaken, including by using innovative technologies, to produce detailed reports. This approach allows for a deeper involvement in the relationship with our partners, offering tailored, in-depth strategies for each customer to help their organization grow.

By focusing on individual talent, skills development and on strengthening management teams, we contribute to the establishment of best practices in the organizational development sector.
I like to draw a parallel between a person and an organization. Each is unique! The individual is defined by his or her personality, values, objectives, strengths and areas for improvement…. The company, on the other hand, is defined by its culture, objectives, processes, opportunities and challenges. Both are similar, particularly in their need for development. Individuals want to develop their knowledge and skills to reach their full potential. The organization wants to increase its agility, efficiency and performance.
What’s a first meeting with an iO4 consultant like?
We’re people, and we like people! One of our core values is partnership. We are committed to privileged partnerships based on proximity and trust. A first meeting with an iO4 consultant is a pleasant, transparent and agile one, so that we can understand and meet our customers’ needs.
What advice would you give to the director of a company looking to implement a succession plan?
Take charge of your succession plan now. Too often, managers focus solely on the financial and operational aspects of their business. Learning to see human resources as “human capital” is a good way to start. When it comes to profit margins and working capital, managers know exactly what they’re talking about. Be as alert as possible to the management of your human capital.
iO⁴'s expertise: Stimulating organizational growth
iO4 embodies the future of talent management and skills development. By joining forces, the three founding entities have created a company that goes beyond the expectations of today’s market. With a firm commitment to organizational intelligence, iO4 is poised to shape the future of human resources, responding to changing business needs and delivering significant added value to its customers.
