Potential &
Skills Assessment Service
Identifying the best candidates
The importance of the human factor in the management of organizations is undeniable. In order to remain competitive, it is essential to make the right human resource decisions, based on an assessment of candidate potential and skills.
Designed to better understand an individual's personality and aptitudes, psychometric tests can help confirm a candidate's suitability for a particular position.
Although personality is difficult to analyze, our experts can help you identify the best candidates for a position by pinpointing their strengths and areas for improvement.
Make informed choices when it comes to recruitment, internal movement and succession planning.
How are assessments carried out?
Needs assessment
Interview with those responsible for the mandate to clarify the needs and the elements to be considered during assessments. The aim of this stage is to gain a better understanding of the profile required, the skills needed and the organizational context.
Carrying out the assessments
We contact those being assessed and accompany them throughout the entire process. Tests can be carried out online or at our offices, depending on the protocol and nature of the assessment tools selected.
Production and delivery of report
Analysis and interpretation of assessment results by our team of experts followed by the delivery of a report presenting an overall portrait of the candidate (main talents, areas for improvement and recommendations) as well as the positioning for each competency in our competency framework.
Feedback to the organization
Provides an opportunity to present the report and clarify certain information to the managers involved in the process. Promotes successful integration by providing advice tailored to the specific profile of the person being assessed.
Feedback to the candidate
Review of the experience, presentation of all the elements of the report (strengths & avenues for development). A moment to make the experience positive and enriching.
Development targets
Targeting development paths ensures optimal alignment between the skills of the person being assessed and the needs of the organization. It is also the starting point for an individualized development plan.
