For each service rendered, you will be informed of the data collected and how it will be used, of the various employees or partners who will have access to it, and of your right to revoke your consent at any time. None of your personal data will be passed on to a third party without your authorization. Your data will be kept for a minimum period of five years, after which it may be stored anonymously for statistical purposes. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

Additionally, all our consultants are members of a professional association ensuring rigor and respect in our work, including compliance with Law 25. Our administrative staff is also committed to respecting this law. Rest assured that our staff receives annual updates on personal data management. Furthermore, measures have been put in place (including antivirus updates, document encryption, training on best practices in personal data protection, single or restricted file access, use of a unique password per advisor, automatic workstation locking & cybersecurity analysis by a specialized firm) to maximize the secure management of your personal data and limit the risks of intrusion by unauthorized users, wherever possible. As such, iO4 declines all responsibility for any external malpractices carried out by individuals, customers or external partners other than iO4 team members.

Use of personal information

We use the information you provide or generate to communicate with you, to provide you with the services you request, to identify you for security purposes, to improve our services, to develop new services and to enable our customer service to improve your experience.

We sometimes conduct research to better understand our customers' experiences in order to continually improve our products and services.

In some cases, the information collected is used in a non-identifiable way, for example to optimize our website and analyze its traffic. We may also use this information for targeted online advertising, to display ads on other sites and social networks that are based on your interests. For this, a de-personalization process is used to create a unique identifier enabling social media platforms to match information without exchanging identifiable data. These platforms may obtain information about people who respond to iO4 advertisements (for more information, see our Cookie Policy).

Finally, we may use your personal information to comply with legal obligations or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, or as permitted or required by applicable law.
