Our history
iO4 was born from the synergy of three well-established companies: Diogène, e-Potentiel and BrissonLegris.
iO⁴
2024
2024 was a milestone year for the company. Following a strategic reflection, all the services offered by BrissonLegris, e-Potentiel and Diogène Groupe Conseil were brought together, resulting in a stimulating collaboration and a global commitment to organizational excellence. The result? iO⁴ was born, the embodiment of our shared vision. It is with enthusiasm and passion that we look to the promising future of this new entity.
TalenTest
2018
Talentest, a platform of automated psychometric solutions, was designed to facilitate and simplify decision-making for human resources in the areas of staffing, integration, mobilization and succession planning.
BrissonLegris
2017
In 1968, BrissonLegris introduced its services with school admissions tests across the province of Québec, eventually adding a career guidance service for youth and adults alike. In 2015, a service component for organizations was launched, to help decision-makers make informed talent management decisions.
Following the arrival of Éric Damato in 2017, innovative tools and a local approach were put into place, enabling the support of nearly 200 organizations. This acted as a testament to the undeniable impact of our expertise and to the trust our partners place in us.
e-Potentiel
2014
After founding a major human resources firm in Quebec in 1995, Sylvain Brodeur joined forces with Doryna Girard and co-founded e-Potentiel in 2014 to return to the basics of their expertise: supporting business leaders and managers in assessing human potential and succession development.
Diogène Groupe Conseil
2001
Since 2001, Nicolas Bussières of Diogène Groupe Conseil has been offering comprehensive selection, assessment and talent development services to major corporations. Building solid partnerships based on professionalism, trust and transparency has always been a priority and at the heart of the company's actions. Its reputation is built on precise analysis, a sense of urgency and a thorough understanding of its customers' specific needs. Since its inception, Groupe Conseil has worked with public, parapublic and industrial institutions across Quebec, at all levels of management.
