Interview with those responsible for the mandate to clarify the needs of the individual and the organization, as well as the skills to be honed.

Individualized development plan

Developed in conjunction with the person undergoing development, their managers and HR managers. Details the behaviors to be demonstrated and the behaviors to be avoided to ensure deployment of the competencies sought in the current or future role.

Coaching meetings

Assessment meeting
